Lungu releases undisclosed huge amount of money to embattled Litunga Lubosi—in his desperation to halt the actualization of Barotseland statehood

by BNFA Publicity Wing

In his desperation to continue deceiving the People of Barotseland, which he has now extended to the international community, President Lungu of Zambia has released an undisclosed huge amount of money to embattled Litunga Edwin Lubosi Imwiko II for the purpose of organizing and holding his coronation as well as an ad-hoc meeting of District Kutas. The ad-hoc meeting of the District Kutas is slated for next Thursday October 15, 2015 in order to endorse the deception of the embattled Litunga and President Lungu to restore the dead and buried Barotseland Agreement 1964 in an attempt to halt the actualization of Barotseland statehood and also pave the way of using it as a political gimmick in the upcoming 2016 elections. The call for the ad-hoc meeting of District Kutas comes in the wake of the failed attempt to convene a Privy Council for want of support.   The BNFA takes this opportunity to remind all the Resident Royals and their respective Indunas that they are all bound by the Barotse National Council Resolutions of March 27, 2012, and anyone who acts otherwise do so in his/her individual capacity and shall be considered to have automatically relinquished the position of trust bestowed upon him/her by the People. Any discussion with the Zambian regime is for the sole purpose of disengagement arrangements. Barotseland is a separate state from the rest of Zambia. We call on the Indunas standing for the wishes and aspirations of their people not to attend this meeting. The embattled Litunga Lubosi lacks both the legitimacy and authority to call for such a meeting. The People have since demanded his abdication. We alert the People of Barotseland to carefully monitor and record these developments.
