On behalf of the Barotse National Freedom Alliance (the Alliance), I write to confirm receipt of your letter dated 21^st March 2016 conveying the detailed report of the Commission's decision on admissibility of the above stated Communication. We received the courier delivered document on 31^st March 2016 and the electronic copy you emailed to us on 5^th April 2016 following our letter to you dated 25^th March 2016 inquiring on the same matter. Please be informed that the Alliance is actively studying the contents of the Commission's decision on admissibility. We have shared the report with various sections of Barotseland society for their information and input regarding the implications of the Commission's decision on the Alliance's next course of action.
