In the open letter dated March 30, 2023, the BNFA urged the Zambia President to sign the Permanent Court of Arbitration Agreement. It insisted that if indeed the Zambian Government has any good case in the matter, then His Excellency should not hesitate to sign the PCA Arbitration Agreement in the interest of future good neighbourliness and peaceful coexistence.
