Once the Barotse National Council, the highest organ of policy and decision making in Barotseland, has taken a stand as it did on March 27, 2012, neither the Litunga nor the government of Zambia can change that position. Upon the March 27, 2012 Resolutions is anchored the Barotseland Banjul petition and the BNFA PCA process at The Hague. Read more
