THE INTENDED DALOGUE ON BAROSTELAND AGREEMENT 1964 IS A SHAM AND THEREFORE WE DECLARE IT NULL AND VOID!

We the undersigned and citizen of Barotseland in Mongu Region are saying NO to the planned dialogue spear-headed by the Patriotic Front government and it’s agent the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) headed by President Chagwa Lungu and Lubosi Imwiko II, respectively.
We base our refusal to these shameless intentions on the following grounds:
- There is no way the BRE can be regarded as the main factor in this dialogue because the BRE was created by the Zambian government and receives budgetary support in order to deceive the people of Barotseland over their self-determination.
- The complainant in this issue is the BNFA. who wrote a letter to President Lungu and bravely took up the issue to the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights in Banjul Gambia, the International Court of Arbitration in Geneva, the UNPO and of late to the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva while the BRE stayed away enjoying Zambian money up to now. This planned dialogue which has been invented by President Chagwa Lungu and Lubosi Imwiko is just one of the tactics to derail the self-determination desire that has been spear-headed by the BNFA
- The case of Barotseland self-determination is at an International level. Why is President Chagwa Lungu and Lubosi Imwiko panic now by bringing in a shameless dialogue?
- If the President and the BRE are serious about the so called Dialogue why are they not allowing the people of Barotseland freedom of assembly and freedom of speech? Why do they continue incarcerating Barotseland nationals?
- We the people of Mongu region stand firmly on the BNC Resolutions of 27th March 2012
- We shall not agree on anything that is contrary to the resolutions of the BNC 2012
- We are aware of the assembling of more security personnel and solders within Barotseland and for that we are ready to die for our motherland Barotseland which was passed on to us by our fore-fathers centuries ago before Zambia was born.
BAROTSELAND IS OUR MOTHERLAND!
