Today, October 12, 2016, the Zambia Police detained Hon. Clement Wainyae Sinyinda leader of the Barotse National Freedom Alliance (BNFA), former Prime Minister of Baroseland, former Deputy Minister of Education and Member of Parliament for Senanga Central constituency.
