The petition  presented to the Kutas (Courts) of Saa and Siikalo followed proper Barotse Traditions and Customs articulated in our unwritten constitution.  This practice saw the downfall of Ngambela Namakando Wina and Mufaya Mumbuna, Mwene Kandala and Mulena Siisii Mwanawina  for instance.
