May 25 is Africa Freedom Day but not for the people of Barotseland because the oppressive state of Zambia continue denying them their basic human rights—freedom of assembly, freedom of speech, freedom of association and right to employment while several of their people are incarcerated in Zambian jails as the international community turn a blind eye.
